Kristina has worked with hundreds of innovators, disruptors and ambitious entrepreneurs from a range of industries helping them to accelerate the growth of their business and to develop themselves as leaders. She has delivered workshops to start-ups both in the UK and internationally with the aim of helping them bridge the gap between ‘good idea’ and ‘sound business model’, and to develop a pitch that stands out.

For the past few years, Kristina has been managing the NatWest Accelerator in Brighton (a fully funded programme for start-ups). She also frequently speaks at universities and schools, encouraging young people into entrepreneurship by supporting them to think bigger and take action.
