Chan is a trained chef and has worked in some of London’s most highly regarded restaurants. His desire to experiment combined with an entrepreneurial spirit complements his brother Dashal’s knack of dreaming up new business ideas. He manages creative marketing and business development and his idea for BeFries originated in the family’s childhoods eating Belgian fries in Amsterdam. Sister Ezda’s knowledge of the retail industry means she understands the power of excellent customer service and management skills.
